"I'm new to wigs, which one is best for me?"

All our wigs come with 6X6 and 7X7 closures, which make our wigs more manageable than frontals if you are new to wigs. I would recommend a 6X6 wig, as it will have less lace to manage and still give you the frontal illusion. 

 

"Where are you based?"

We are based in Birmingham, UK. The address is shared once booking is secured.

 

"Will I need to do anything to my wigs once I receive them?"

The only thing you'll have to do is cut the lace. If you are scared of cutting it wrong, just send us an email to sheque.uk@gmail.com (quoting your name and order number in the subject line) and we will cut it before shipping it. Apart from that, our wigs will come machine sewn, with knots bleached, hairline plucked, hair coloured and styled straight from the box.

 

"Are your wigs made with human hair?"

Sheque uses donors' hair from Southeast Asia. 

 

"How long does the hair take to ship?"

All wigs on the website are subject to up to 20 days processing, BEFORE shipping (our bundles are subject to 12 business days processing and our wigs are subject to 19 - 23 business day processing time). This is because of the time it takes collect the raw hair, to construct and customize your unique wig. Once they're shipped, here are the standard delivery times based on your location:

  • UK: 3-5 business days
  • INTERNATIONAL: 5-7 business days

Once your wig or bundles are shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number.

Please make sure to plan ahead of time to make sure you get your wig on time. 

**Please note that once the hair is shipped, we will not be liable for any missing, stolen, or lost packages. If you find yourself in these circumstances and want to appeal, we recommend you open a claim with Royal Mail.


"What's your return policy?"

We offer refunds only when we are at fault.

If you order a wig and you get the wrong texture, cap size, or length, we will be more than happy to correct our mistake. We encourage you to contact us via email (sheque.uk@gmail.com), and we will issue a refund once we receive the wig back.

Please note: when sending the wigs back, we will require a copy of the tracking number to show proof of delivery.

Apart from that, all sales are final, unless you face any of the issues stated above, we cannot accept any refunds or exchanges once your order has been placed.
