Processing Times

Processing time (time needed to weft bundles/construct and customise wigs) begins once your payment has been confirmed. After payment you will receive consistent Whatsapp Updates, updating you on every step of your order's journey. Business days do not include weekends or holidays. Please allow the following processing times before shipment

All sales are final. Due to the nature of our products and for sanitary and customization reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on any wigs, units, or hair extensions once an order has been placed.
We encourage all customers to review product details, sizing, texture descriptions, and any customization instructions carefully before purchasing. If you have any questions or need assistance before placing an order, our customer care team is happy to help ensure you select the right product.
In the unlikely event that your order arrives damaged or incorrect due to an error on our end, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos and your order number so we can promptly review and resolve the issue.
Shipping
Once processing is complete, orders are shipped via our trusted carriers. Estimated delivery time is 3–5 working days for domestic UK shipments and 5-7 working days for INternational orders. Please note that delivery times may vary due to factors beyond our control, such as carrier delays, weather, or high seasonal volume.
